Our training consultants have years of experience teaching courses in health and fitnesses.  Our instructors have also served in the Emergency Medical Service Fields and as health coaches. Training consultants are certified American Red Cross instructors in:

• Professional Rescuer CPR 

• Blood borne pathogen
